Husch, Chardonnay, Anderson valley, Mendocino, CA $10/$37
This Chardonnay captures the best of Mendocino with lovely aromatic expressions of Mendocino apples, lemon zest, pineapple, pear, and a touch of sweet toasty oak. A rich and silky texture is highlighted with the delightful flavors of ripe apple, lemon meringue, pear and caramel. Balanced acidity gives length to the finish.
2 Copas, Macabeo, La Mancha, Spain $9/$33
Aromas of pineapple and stone fruit greet the opening with mild hints of wet stone and citrus on the
mid palate and back finish. Light bodied, crisp and refreshing. This is one of the commonly used varietals used in producing Cava.
Tukma, Torrontes, Salta, Argentina $12/45
Our intention is to introduce this amazing varietal to our Sauvignon blanc drinkers.
This flagship varietal of Argentina is grown in the high elevation of Salta...dry and arid. It greets you with a nose of romanticizing tropicality, lychee, gardenia, chamomile. Sassy yet refreshing. On the mid-palate it treats you to rose petals and tangerine with a vibrant minerality and bracing acidity. A must experience.
Patricius, Furmint, Tokaj, Hungary $12/$45
This dry wine exemplifies the virtue of the famous terroir of Tokaj and the indigenous varietal of Furmint.
A crisp minerality and the subtle fruitiness of the grape determine its essential character.
A lingering body and long finish on the palate will enamor you into the old world terroir of Hungary.
Šipun, Žlahtina, Istria & Kvarner, Croatia $12/$45
Šipun Žlahtina is the most classic example of this indigenous variety. It is easy going, relaxed, the sort of wine best sipped during the warm days. Discrete and subtle, gently gardenia scented with a hint of the sea. Balanced on the palate, peachy, with a minerality and low enough acidity to make it a very desirable companion.

Kiona, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain, Yakima, Washington $12/$48
Composition - 86.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.4% Petit Verdot, 7.1% Merlot, .9% Cabernet Franc, 4.1% Malbec. This suave, polished wine originates our Kiona Estate and Heart of the Hill vineyards here on Red Mountain, showcasing dark plum and clove on the palate, which are balanced nicely by aromas of black tea, smoke, and earth.
Stolpman, Syrah, Santa Ynez, CA $12/$48
Dark, black, purple fruits with lighter red on the periphery. Smelling of fresh berries over heavy cream. Woodiness, perfumatic, fermented on dry farmed stems. Vervy, complex red fruit shines through. A touch of bloodiness backed by graphite on the finish.
Chesebro, Pinot Noir, Carmel, CA $14/$53
Beautiful and well balanced. Aromas of rose petals, raspberry and dried orange peel are followed by earthy notes. The silky mouthfeel features soft tannins, and smooth cleansing acidity that reinforces the berry character along with hints of minerality in the finish Producers purposefully lay them down 3-4 yrs after bottling giving them the love they deserve. 165 cases produced.
Espino, Carmenere, Maipo Valley, Chile $12/$45
Behind its deep cherry color, the Espino Carmenère reveals
intense aromas of black pepper, red pepper, earth with notes of smoke and toffee.
It is juicy and fresh in the mouth, with firm but silky tannins.
Great Carmenère spiciness, softness and length.
Finca Mosso, Malbec, Lunlunta, Mendoza , Argentina $12/$45
Beautiful reddish-purple color. The aromas are a mix of freshly crushed red fruits and subtle vanilla notes, just enough to frame the exuberant fruit. This Malbec is from young vines with fresh fruits flavors and excellent balance and concentration,
it is modern in style to be enjoyed daily.
Spring Fontein, Ulumbaza 4-blend, Walker Bay, South Africa $13/$49
Cool ocean climate, limestone soil, a tribute to the native-son grape Pinotage.
Heavy handed, ripe. Matured in 1st-4th filled /French and Hungarian Oak barriques.
Blend of Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot and Pinotage.
