This delicious liter bottling is a wine they have made just for us. It is bright, fresh and lively full of all of the classic pepper and spice and crunchy minerality one hopes for in a Gruner Veltliner from the Kremstal.

100% Chardonnay from Beaujolais.
Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees for 12 months, 85% in tank and 15%
in new French oak barrel.

Aromas of white fruits and flowers, citrus rind, some sweet anise. Medium-bodied, ripe apricot, pear and spice.

Pinot Noir grown on the terraces of Badens famous Kaiserstuhl and its volcanic subsoils gave rise to this Blanc de Noirs, a fresh and seductive wine with a gorgeous bouquet of exotic fruits and one that plays well with Asian and Latino cuisine like no other. Chardonnay'esque profile for the voluptuous palates.

Umbrian Grechetto is a white wine from the Umbria region of Italy. It is made from the Grechetto grape, which is also the main grape in Orvieto wines.

Sfusobuono is a new Italian brand making on high-quality, lowintervention artisanal wines in an alternative packaging, founded in 2020
by Alessandra and Paolo, a young couple from Piemonte.
Alessandra and Paolo combined the bag in box, a packaging solution
known for its low environmental impact and consisting of a recyclable bag
in a cardboard box, with high-quality wines from small, selected Italian
wineries. To get the best possible quality wine, they partnered with
organic, artisanal, independent winegrowers, who believe in low
intervention, natural winemaking and focus on local native grape varieties.

Sfusobuono, translating to 'as good as it sounds,' symbolizes non-bottled
(sfuso) and excellent (buono) wine.

The Müller-Thurgau grape is the daughter of Riesling, and this beautifully executed Garlider has inherited her delicate aromatics and crisp, refreshing nature. Subtle fruits such as underripe peach and melon, green apple, and lemon grace the nose, followed by gentle notes of grass, hay, and aromatic flowers. It is a crisp, saline, savory wine, yet it has a roundness on the palate reminiscent of a Pinot Grigio or Muscadet.

Situated on the historic boundary between Italy and Austria, the two autonomous regions were returned to Italy after World War I (hence why they are often lumped together). A wine for weeknight dinners and sipping with friends. Made for us from Stefan Wellanschitz's (of Kolfok fame) family estate. It is Blaufrankisch from 15-45 year old vineyards in Unterpetersdorf in the Neckenmarkter mountains where his Mother is from. The soils are clay and basalt which imparts a wonderful minerality. Everything about it speaks to the tradition and where they are from, from the family vineyards to the used large 1500-3000 liter barrels made by a local cooper from trees in the Waldviertal used vintage after vintage. Only native yeasts are used, no fining and minimal amounts of sulphur. The Felix Blau is a wine we are absolutely delighted to have and enjoy here in the U.S. for the first time. intense red and black fruit flavors of red cherry, redcurrant, plum and blackberry, along with the spiciness of black pepper.

this liter bottle is a blend of 70% Welschriesling, 15% Weissburgunder and 15% Sauvignon Blanc. The vines are organically farmed from a high elevation (400m!) vineyard comprised of greenschist. This unique terroir which retains heat for excellent phenolics and ripe fruit and provides excellent drainage creates a wine full of minerality, highly aromatic fruit and wonderful structure. Tom Straka leaves the grapes on the skins for 4 days to increase texture and further highlight the phenolics. Native fermentation and it ages mostly in steel tank with about 30% in used oak casks. The blended wine is unfiltered and vegan. A delicious food-friendly evocative wine!

80/20 Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon

The history of this estate in the village of Saint-Sulpice-et-Cameyrac,
between Libourne and Bordeaux, reaches back to the 17th century. With
a new cellar and organic focus (the estate is in conversion), Leroy-Beauval
vinifies each parcel of older vines separately to best express the region’s
impeccable terroir. While so much of Bordeaux is dominated by grand
estates that demand equally grand prices, we cherish small estates that
build on the traditions of the region, artisans who strive for wines that
reflect the best of Bordeaux: rich ripe fruit, silky tannins, soulful spice.

50% Carignan, 50% Syrah
Aromas of black cherries and black raspberries, notes of black pepper, with bay leaf and wild strawberry. Medium-bodied,
smooth tannins, very juicy.

Intipalka is a brand of wine produced by the Queirolo family in the Ica Valley of Peru. The name Intipalka means "valley of the sun" in Quechua, the language of the ancient Incas.

An opaque, deep, dark ruby color with notes of mulberry, cassis, grass, and vanilla. A full-bodied wine with rich sweet mulberry notes on the palate followed by oak notes of cassis, cedar, and vanilla and a long finish.

100% Pinot Noir grown in the loess and volcanic soils of the famed Kaiserstuhl.

One of the most distinct growing regions of Baden, the Kaiserstuhl is a 2,000 feet high volcanic mountain rising up in the middle of the Rhein Valley. Konigschaffhausen is a cooperative of 370 growers that has been in existence since 1933 and who all agree on low yields and rigorous farming. The grapes are fermented in a combination of new and older oak barrels.

It is a fantastically food friendly pinot noir, showing silky tannins, a gentle fresh raspberry leaf component and soft balanced acidity.

In the south of Portugal Alicante Bouschet produces a wine of profound color, a swirling nose of spice and fruit, and a dense palate of cream and chocolate finished with finely textured tannins. Purple-red very dense and dark. Intense notes of dark fruit and spice with a floral nuance. Plums and prune notes, great acidity and structure. Silky and rich tannins. Very long and rich finish with notes of chocolate and vanilla.

Viña Zorzal aspires to recapture the wines of their ancestors, and although Rioja dominates the
conversation when it comes to Tempranillo, the variety belongs to the history of Navarra as well. Fresh
fruit, medium body, balanced tannin and acid, this is simple in the very best way. Very fun to drink and very easy to finish the bottle

Characterized by an incredibly deep ruby red. In the nose the wine shows deep a fruit which remembers of berries and cherries together with fine spices. On the palate our Zweigelt 2022 convinces with incredibly deep fruit together with fine spiciness. The medium-bodied wine is supported by fine acidity and ends in a long and elegant finish.

Zweigelt is not an indigenous Austrian grape variety but a crossing of famous Blaufränkisch x Sankt Laurent done by viticultural professor Dr. Zweigelt in the early 1920s. The variety became the most planted and prominent red grape variety in Austria and its neighboring countries.

The M. Bonnamy Brut is a juicy, yet dry sparkling wine that pairs with just about any type of cuisine. The inclusion of 65% Chenin Blanc ensures a bit of earthiness to the wine’s apple and red fruit nuances.

German-Style Hefeweizen.
Their take on a traditional German-style wheat ale shows classic banana and clove-like aromas from the yeast. They add the German Noble hop Hallertau to add a slightly fruity and spicy characteristic. This beer is creamy, yet crisp and highly drinkable.

A light-bodied, American-style lager with a 4.9% alcohol content. It has a light yellow color, a white head, and a refreshing finish.

Dark as Day is a special collaboration with our friends from SouthNorte Brewing Company. Known for their cross border/cross culture specialty beers - we wanted to brew something unique for their beer fans as well as open our portfolio to new styles. We made larges batches of horchata and added them to a golden stout base during the brewing process then added Mexican cold brew with cinnamon from Trident Coffee Roasters. The end result is a beer that bursts with cinnamon and notes of coffees and an extremely smooth mouthfeel!
